ReinmanPro – General Terms, Referral Program Terms & Privacy Policy

1️⃣ General Terms and Conditions

1.1 Service Agreement

By engaging ReinmanPro (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, bird proofing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, or any other related services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement applies to all bookings made via our website, phone, email, or in person.


1.2 Quotes, Deposits & Payments

  • All quotes are based on information provided by the client (property size, condition, and service needs). Prices may be subject to change if additional work or unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • For services totaling over $500, a non-refundable deposit of 10% (minimum of $100) is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion, unless a payment plan has been approved in writing.

  • A 5% late fee of the total contract amount will be added for payments made 1 day or more past the due date.

  • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or Zelle. Returned or failed payments will incur additional processing fees.


1.3 Client Responsibilities

To ensure safety and service quality, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring service, including water sources, electrical outlets, side gates, roof access points, and clear pathways for our equipment.

  • Disclose any hazards, fragile areas, or structural issues (e.g., loose tiles, weak roofing sections, electrical hazards, pest infestations) before the service begins.

  • Move or secure any valuables, decorations, or fragile items near windows, exterior walls, or service areas to prevent accidental damage.

  • Follow all precautionary instructions given by our team before, during, and after the service.

Failure to comply with these conditions may:

  • Result in property damage or injury for which ReinmanPro will not be held liable.

  • Lead to additional charges, rescheduling fees, or service termination without refund.


1.4 Safety & Service Limitations

  • Our technicians are trained to follow OSHA safety protocols. If on-site conditions are unsafe or hazardous, ReinmanPro reserves the right to refuse or halt service.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, faulty installations, or structural weaknesses revealed during cleaning or installation services.

  • Bird proofing and other installations may void certain manufacturer warranties on roofing or solar products. It is the client’s responsibility to verify with their manufacturer or installer beforehand.


1.5 Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

  • Deposits for services over $500 are non-refundable, even if the service is canceled.

  • If we arrive on-site and cannot access the property due to locked gates, absence of the client, or other preventable issues, a trip charge of $75–$150 may apply, and the deposit may be forfeited.


1.6 Warranties & Service Complaints

  • Bird proofing services include a 1-year workmanship warranty covering installation defects only. It does not cover product deterioration due to weather, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

  • Other cleaning services allow a 3-day notification period for reporting issues. After this period, all services are considered satisfactory and complete.

  • We are not responsible for future dirt accumulation, environmental debris, or weather-related soiling after a service is completed.


1.7 Promo Code Usage

  • Only one (1) promo code can be applied per booking.

  • Promo codes cannot be stacked, combined, or applied retroactively after payment.

  • Expired or invalid promo codes will not be honored.


1.8 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in California courts.


2️⃣ Referral Program Terms & Conditions

ReinmanPro offers a Referral Program to reward anyone who refers new customers. Even if you’re not a client. By joining, you agree to the following:

 

2.1 Reward Structure

  • 25 Referrals – $300 (cash or service credit)

  • 50 Referrals – $500 (cash or service credit)

  • 75 Referrals – $1,000 (cash or service credit)

  • 100 Referrals – Lifetime Free Cleaning (1 free cleaning per year: solar panel, window, or pressure washing, up to $499 value)


2.2 Eligible Referrals

  • The referred person must mention your full name during booking or submit your name on the intake form.

  • A successful referral must complete a paid ReinmanPro service of at least $100.

  • Referrals must complete a paid service before you receive credit.

  • Self-referrals, fake leads, or duplicate referrals will not be counted.


2.3 Lifetime Cleaning Reward Conditions

  • Applies only to the residential address you live in at the time your 100th referral is confirmed.

  • Limit of one (1) free service per year, capped at $499.

  • Reward is non-transferable and will expire if you move, sell the property, or leave our service areas.

  • The lifetime reward is valid only while ReinmanPro remains an active operating business.


2.4 Disqualification & Program Abuse

ReinmanPro reserves the right to:

  • Deny or revoke rewards if fraud, abuse, or program misuse is suspected.

  • Disqualify referrals that were submitted without the referred person’s knowledge or consent (“unvetted referrals”).

  • Modify, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.


3️⃣ Privacy Policy

3.1 Data We Collect

  • Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, physical address (when provided during booking or referrals).

  • Service Information: Property details, preferred service dates, and any notes relevant to the service request.

  • Usage Data: Website visits, browser type, referring pages, IP address, date and time of visits.


3.2 How We Use Your Data

  • To process bookings, communicate with you, and deliver services effectively.

  • To send service updates, reminders, or promotional offers (with your consent).

  • To manage referral rewards and tracking.


3.3 Information Sharing

  • We never sell or rent your information to third parties.

  • We may share your data only:

    • With service providers necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., payment processors, scheduling software).

    • When legally required to comply with state or federal laws.


3.4 Data Security

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

  • No online system is completely secure; you use our website and services at your own risk.


3.5 Cookies & Tracking

  • Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve performance and enhance user experience.

  • You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.


3.6 External Links

  • Our website may link to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.


3.7 Policy Updates

  • We may update these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately once posted on our website.
