Welcome to Reinmanpro. By engaging our services for solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, bird proofing, pressure washing, and roof cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reinmanpro provides solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, bird proofing, pressure washing, and roof cleaning services. For services totaling above $500, a non-refundable deposit of 10% or a minimum of $100 is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service, except for those who signed up for a payment plan. Reinamnpro reserves the right to impose a late fee of 5% of the overall contract price in the event of late payment or at least 1 day past the due date. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or Zelle.

The client must follow all suggested precautionary measures provided by Reinmanpro. Failure to do so that results in bodily harm or property damage will not be the responsibility of Reinmanpro. Additionally, the client must declare any critical information that may affect the service and the safety of our personnel, such as fragile roof sections or known infestations. Failure to provide this information may result in additional charges or termination of the service without a refund. The client must ensure that our team has access to the necessary areas, including water lines, side gates, and roof access points. We also advise clients to move any valuable or memorable items near the windows or areas being serviced to avoid accidental breakage.

Reinmanpro personnel are trained to follow safety protocols, but the safety of our team can be compromised by undeclared hazards or failure to follow our guidance. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that deposits for services totaling above $500 are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation.

We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a 1-year warranty on all our birdproofing services and 3-day notification for complaints on other services. If there are any issues, please contact us within this period for a resolution.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
