How service works *

Clients and a Reinmanpro representative agreed with the price and schedule. 1. Clients need to deposit 10% of the total price of the service. We will send you an invoice for the deposit amount. 2. Clients have the right to cancel or re-schedule the service that they purchased at-least two days before the scheduled service. Failure to notify us two days prior will result in losing your deposit. Please always communicate with us and we are always here to help you. Call us immediately for any changes of your projective schedule at 714-422-88033. We always take before and after pictures for any other issue so we have a file to base on for any concerns. Pictures should be sent to the client as well. 4. We do not offer a refund policy, However we offer to reschedule and re do the work again on a certain issue. Example: Let’s say client is not happy with the result of the power washing, First, notify the Pro washer representative about your concern, if the Pro washer representative is not on the property anymore, please immediately call us at 714-422-8803 and send us the pictures of the concern and we will evaluate the issue as soon as possible. Report any damage or incident to the property. We take before and after pictures to verify the issue so we have a file to base on the concern. Pro washer should contact the customer before leaving the property.
